A completely new Manchester build from top to bottom required a high spec throughout to do this amazing home justice.

The customer wanted Karndean LVT small planks with border throughout the whole middle floor and then the two master bedrooms on the top floor.

Firstly the whole area needed priming and then a 3-4mm coat of Arditex NA latex screed.

From Screeding to Final Floor Fitting of the LVT Planks

The next stage was to begin installing the Karndean LVT planks in herringbone style complete with border round all walls. This was such a nice job and the customer was thrilled with the outcome on their beautiful new Manchester home.
